Is the Firestick antenna able to be tuned to vhf frequencies?
No, as all antenna systems are designed to work at certain frequencies, and the marine band is way out of the cb spectrum.
The marine radio band works around the 156mhz and the CB is 27mhz.

This circuit converts a VHF Frequency from 37-41Mhz in the FM radio band. It´s quite usefull because with this circuit licenced vhf transmitters can be received with any default fm radio. So it enables a better transmission range than the 50nW fm transmitters.Duration : 0:0:39
