The company I work for purchased some UHF frequencies from the FCC wireless Industrial business pool. When I go to the Frequency Summary page of our purchases I get the below information. What does the Loc# 1, Ant#1, Freq-ID 3 and Station-Class MO mean?

If not, what kind of radio waves can pass through walls?
UHF can pass through walls of typical buildings. Most of the RF band gets through walls without significant attenuation.

Hi there, i want to do ballooning and have bought 2 motorola mts2000 to communicate, it is uhf 450-470 mhz frequency, if i change the antenna to 800 mhz will it work? and upto what high radio can works?
An 800 MHz antenna will be a mismatch for a 450-470 ...

VHF is listed as 30 Mhz to 300 Mhz however the Military uses 243.0 UHF as an emergency freq. How a can 243.0 be UHF if the VHF band is 30 to 300 Mhz?????
